You may take you USB or DISK and print off as many copies as you please.

You may have your photos posted to facebook with WATERMARK (Contact Amy Milligan to do so)


TERMS OF USE

By signing this contract you confirm that you agree to respect AMPhotography's request to NOT post your photos on social networking WITHOUT A WATERMARK. If you would like to share them you will ask Amy Milligan to post watermark copies for you or send them to you. This is simply protection of AMP Art Work, to avoid fraud.  

You agree to NOT sell AMP photographs for profit, this would violate Copy Right.  This includes putting AMP photos in calenders, books, or frames (etc) in which you will be SELLING. 


CUSTOMER CARE

At AMP I respect your privacy if you DO NOT want your photos on FACEBOOK they will not be posted !
If you DO NOT want your photographs on my official website, They will not be posted !

If anything happens to your USB Stick within a year - you may bring a USB to AMP and you will be supplied with the photos you lost, AMP keeps all photos on file.


PAYMENT AGREEMENT

I _________________ CONFIRM THAT I WILL PAY in FULL after my photos have been taken. IF I WILL BE RECEIVING MY PHOTOS BY EMAIL, or USB. 




BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT YOU THEREFORE AGREE TO AMP'S TERMS OF USE.
